The fastest path is the in-app Report an Issue flow in Settings. It sends structured issue details to SubTrack support and returns a reference ID for follow-up.
Best way to contact support
Open SubTrack, go to Settings, then choose Report an Issue. That path collects the issue category, your description, and optional app diagnostics without exposing passwords, bank credentials, or transaction histories.
- You receive a support reference ID after submit.
- Support can use that ID to locate the request quickly.
- You can still email support@subtrackapp.ai directly.
What to include
- What you were trying to do.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened instead.
- Whether the issue blocks account access, bank sync, AI analysis, reminders, or billing visibility.
Do not send passwords, MFA codes, bank credentials, or full payment-card numbers.
